Call (816) 931-4060 (8:30 am to 5:00 pm M-F) to report a lost or stolen MasterMoney® debit card. Additionally, call (800) 236-2442 for 24/7 assistance if your card is stolen. When you call, please be prepared to share your name as it appears on your MasterMoney® debit card, and your Social Security number.
